Mutual Selection Process

HOW YOU MAKE YOUR CHOICES

After you have visited every chapter on your invitation list, you will meet with a recruitment counselor to enter your personal selections from Period I through Preference Night. Selections are a cluster and rank of the sororities you attended that day in order of your preference at the Library computer lab or the Selections Tent on Greek Circle. This will help us to match you to the sororities that extend invites you to their events the following day.

The next day you will receive invitations to recruitment events one hour prior to the first event.

HOW THE SORORITIES MAKE THEIR CHOICES
Sororities make their choices based on academic, leadership, and community service accomplishments listed in your registration materials and on the conversations you had with their members during the recruitment events you attend.

The sorority women also look for PNMs that appear to uphold and value their sorority’s membership requirements and founding values.

At the end of each day, the sorority will approve the women receiving invitations for the following day.
